The 2025 Toyota Urban Cruiser EV isn’t a toe-dip into electrification—it’s a reasonably confident cannonball into the B-segment EV pool. Built on a dedicated BEV platform (read: not borrowed from a hybrid or 2009 Camry), the Urban Cruiser doesn’t just recycle an existing chassis and hope for the best.
