It has a minimalist and futuristic design, with a flat seat, a round LED headlight, and a digital display that shows speed, battery level, and other information.

The BMW CE 02 is powered by an electric motor that produces 15 horsepower and 29 pound-feet of torque. It can reach a top speed of 56 mph and accelerate from 0 to 31 mph in 2.6 seconds. The battery has a capacity of 3.9 kWh, which gives the scooter a range of about 56 miles on a single charge. The battery can be recharged in about four hours using a standard household outlet, or in about two hours using a fast charger.
