A man and a woman, police officers from Lancashire, England, were forced to apologize after being seen kissing passionately in a car in a supermarket parking lot. According to witnesses, the whole incident lasted about 20 minutes.

It appears that only the policeman was during working hours, but both police officers wore police uniforms. Lancashire Police said the episode was isolated and that those police officers had apologized for their misconduct.
